Terms and conditions - Opulent Vines®

Please read these Terms and Conditions Agreement carefully before using our website or placing an order for liquor (please mention the correct reason for terms and conditions here). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of our services.

Restrictions on Sales

1.1 The licensed premises provided by the company must not be used for personal shopping for liquor, browsing liquor stocks or stores, displaying liquor for sale, or collecting liquor by customers.

Delivery of Liquor

2.1 Liquor will only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The recipient must provide appropriate proof of age when needed.

2.2 Liquor must not be delivered and left at unoccupied premises on the same day the order is received.

2.3 Liquor may only be delivered during the following hours:
    Monday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. (except for ANZAC Day, Good Friday and Christmas Day)
    Sunday: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. 
    ANZAC Day: 12 noon to 11 p.m.
    Christmas Day and Good Friday: No deliveries permitted.

Important Information for Buyers

3.1 As a buyer or someone making a purchase, please take note of the following important information:

It is an offense under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000)
It is also an offense for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700).

3.2 For your peace of mind, we display our license number on our website to ensure transparency and compliance with the applicable regulations.

Orders for Liquor

4.1 Orders for the supply of liquor may be taken at any time on any day.

4.2 Internet orders may only be taken through the following website(s): www.opulentvines.com.au

Supply of Liquor

5.1 The supply of liquor is limited to wine labeled under the Opulent Vines name.

5.2 The supply of liquor is limited to 48 bottles per customer, per transaction, and per day.

By using our website or placing an order for liquor (please mention the reason for using the same), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
